I had the pleasure of meeting Kanokwan „Kratai“ Neanchamnan through the 101 OM Expert Bernhard Bachmeier from Six Point Media. Who are you and why do you love Online-Marketing?
I’m Kanokwan Neamnchamnan, but everyone calls me Kratai. I’m a model, video jockey, and event host in Thailand, as well as the founder of 21June Marketing GmbH in Germany.
I’ve always been fascinated by the way digital platforms connect people and businesses.
Online marketing allows me to turn creative ideas into measurable success, and that’s what I truly love about it.
What did you do before you started in Online Marketing?
Before I ventured into online marketing, I worked as a model, video jockey, and master of ceremonies in Thailand. This gave me valuable experience in presenting ideas, building audiences, and creating engaging content—skills that later became essential in my marketing career.

My journey into online marketing began because I wanted to combine creativity with data-driven strategies to help businesses succeed. I founded 21June Marketing GmbH in 2022 to specialize in email marketing, ensuring brands can connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. In August 2023, we proudly achieved CSA certification, a milestone that highlights our commitment to quality and compliance.

My current focus is on expanding the reach and impact of 21June Marketing GmbH. We’re
working on innovative email marketing campaigns that leverage personalization and automation to deliver exceptional ROI for our clients. Additionally, I’m exploring partnerships with international brands to grow our global footprint.
What is your favorite Expo or Conference?
My favorite conference is DMEXCO in Cologne. It’s the perfect place to connect with other marketing professionals, learn about cutting-edge innovations, and exchange ideas that shape the future of the industry. The energy and networking opportunities are unmatched!
Which is your favorite Marketing Book or Blog?
Honestly, I don’t spend much time reading marketing books right now. I prefer staying updated through real-world experiences and engaging with experts in the field. That said, I’ve recently discovered your blog, and it’s a fantastic resource for actionable insights!
What are the Trends in the next 12 months?
Hyper-personalization and AI-driven marketing tools will play a significant role in shaping the industry. For us at 21June Marketing, the focus is on achieving exceptional deliverability for performance email campaigns, ensuring they land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. This has become a growing challenge for email senders, but it’s an area where we consistently deliver above-average results—something our performance-focused clients truly value.
Our Marketing-World in 10 Years?
In 10 years, I envision a marketing world driven almost entirely by AI and automation, where campaigns are not only hyper-personalized but also adaptive in real time. The lines between different marketing channels will blur, creating seamless, omnichannel experiences for users. However, authenticity will remain the cornerstone of successful campaigns, as audiences will continue to value genuine connections with brands.

One of the most exciting realizations in recent months has been the growing importance of mastering deliverability in performance email marketing. With increasing challenges in inbox placement, we’ve refined our strategies and tools to achieve outstanding results for our clients. The CSA certification we earned in August 2023 was another major milestone, underscoring our commitment to excellence in email marketing.
